1. What is the process of switching on and off the spray dryer?
Start the equipment after turning on the power supply. When the temperature at the inlet and outlet of the equipment is stable (the outlet temperature is above 90 degrees), use advanced clean water and adjust the feed rate to ensure that the water can be completely spray-dried and there is no water droplets on the tower wall before feeding;
When you stop feeding, you need to clean the pump with clean water immediately, then stop heating and feeding, and then turn it off after the temperature drops to 50 degrees. If the power supply suddenly stops feeding during the experiment, the material in the pump will dry up to powder under the action of high temperature, which will block the feeding pipe.
