The working principle of spray drying:

It becomes a dry product in a very short time and is discharged from the bottom of the tower. Among them, the temperature of the hot air drops rapidly after contact with the liquid droplets, which causes the humidity to increase. It is drawn out by the exhaust fan as hot and humid exhaust gas, and the fine powder entrained in the exhaust gas is recovered by a separation device.
