The basic principle of the protein powder liquid spray dryer is: the air is filtered and then enters the air heater. The heating methods of the air heater are: hot blast stove or electric heating + steam heating, etc. When the air is heated to the set temperature, it enters the hot air distributor in a tangential direction. The air after the hot air distributor enters the drying chamber evenly and spirally, and the material liquid is atomized by the atomizer to 20-60um. Mist, when the mist is in contact with hot air, it will quickly vaporize and dry into powder or granular products.
