How to use small spray dryer machine:
1. First turn on the centrifugal fan, then turn on the electric heating, and check if there is any air leakage. If it is normal, the barrel can be preheated. Because the hot air preheating determines the evaporation capacity of the drying equipment, it will not affect the quality of the dried material. Under the premise, the inlet air temperature should be increased as much as possible.
2. During preheating, the valve at the bottom of the drying chamber and the discharge port of the cyclone must be closed to prevent cold air from entering the drying chamber and reducing the preheating efficiency.
3. When the inlet temperature of the drying chamber reaches 180°C~220°C, turn on the centrifugal nozzle. When the nozzle reaches the speed, turn on the feed pump and add the material liquid. The feed volume should be from small to large, otherwise it will cause wall sticking. , Until adjusted to the appropriate amount. The concentration of the material liquid should be formulated according to the temperature of the material drying to ensure that the finished product has good fluidity after drying.
4. The temperature and humidity of the dried product depend on the exhaust temperature. During operation, it is extremely important to ensure that the exhaust temperature is a constant. This depends on the size of the feed volume, the feed volume is regulated and stable, and the outlet temperature is Unchanged. If the solid content and flow rate of the feed liquid change, the outlet temperature will also change.
5. If the product temperature is too low, the amount of feed can be reduced to increase the outlet temperature. If the temperature of the product is too high, the opposite is true. For heat-sensitive materials with lower product temperature, the amount of material can be increased to reduce the exhaust temperature, but the humidity of the product will increase accordingly.
6. The dried finished product is collected and placed in the pollinator at the lower part of the tower and the cyclone separator. The pollinator should be replaced before the pollinator is full. When the pollinator is replaced, the butterfly valve above must be closed before proceeding.
7. If the dried product is hygroscopic, the parts of the cyclone separator and its pipes and pollinators should be wrapped with insulation material, so as to avoid moisture absorption of the dried product.
In addition, after use, the spray pan should be removed and immersed in water to clean the remaining substances with water. When it can't be washed off with water, use a brush to wash it. Because the residual substances on the spray pan will cause spray imbalance, seriously affect the service life of the nozzle and even damage other parts. Do not arbitrarily place the nozzle after work and during transportation. Improper placement will cause the main shaft to bend and affect its use.
